Shiney’s court case hearing adjourned till Oct 16
As we had reported, Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja was in Mumbai city yesterday to appear in The Bombay High Court. The Court adjourned the hearing till October 16, while staying the framing of the charges.

In the meanwhile, the prosecution sought time to reply to the petition filed by the actor seeking forensic and medical reports.
Ahuja was accused of raping his housemaid and was arrested when the latter filed a police complaint at the Oshiwara police station. Ahuja, spend 3 months in jail and was granted bail by the High Court last week.
Police had on August 13 filed a 109-page charge sheet against the actor accusing him of rape, wrongful confinement and intimidation.
